Good riddance Covid!! (for now)

Last night I was absolutely honoured to be the 1st act invited back for the post-Covid reopening of the magical Crail Folk Club.

A beautiful audience, a full house, wonderful interval singers & a village so gorgeous it made my eyeballs hurt. Originally I was due to perform at Crail in March 2020 as part of my 7 date Scots mini tour but Lockdown saw to that :-(

Do you know what's the best bit? Just before the show, when everyone is sitting down, and ready & waiting . . . the expectant hush . . . I missed it!!

Well I gave a couple of new songs a run out and they made it to the finishing tape in one piece. Thanks so much to Tony, Jenny and Dennis for keeping the faith - and it was a joy to see friendly old faces. in the audience You know who you are!!!
